zyycnandClaude 2366f66f33 refactor(web): type the API layer end to end ...

Make request generic so the axios envelope is unwrapped as a typed value,
and thread the known response shapes through every api module and their
call sites so a wire rename surfaces as a compile error instead of silent
any. Type-only: no runtime or visual change.
