ZyyandCodex ef050837de fix(accounts): recover snapshot races and support unlimited concurrency (#225) ...

Retry account snapshot conflicts before reserving scheduling capacity.

Allow zero as an unlimited default account concurrency limit, preserving per-account overrides, lease accounting, and request intervals.

Keep connection-test diagnostics expanded within the modal scroll area.
