ZyyandCodex 66a3474baf fix(openai): update desktop Core extraction and identity layout ...

Read bundled Core from the current CodexCLI.app layout and reject legacy
and launcher paths. Keep client identity aligned to the right edge on the
same row and to the left edge after wrapping on narrow cards.
