ab3a2e30c5
Use one validated IANA timezone for backend display projections, calendar queries, budget windows, warmup slots, backups, and logs. Remove frontend date formatting and the independent backup timezone setting. Preserve UTC instants and active budget windows, persist warmup deduplication, and advance backup schedules transactionally. Cover DST boundaries, timezone changes, invalid calendar anchors, and account cooldown displays. Co-authored-by: Codex <noreply@openai.com>
