ZyyandCodex 66a7e4a695 fix(client): align Codex config export with CC Switch 4.0.4 ...

Export config.toml with provider bearer authentication and send supported connection and usage fields to CC Switch. Remove the separate auth.json output and size the configuration preview to its content.
