ZyyandCodex 78f533d9d3 chore(db): consolidate unreleased migrations for v3.29.0 ...

Merge migrations 0033-0035 into one migration while preserving published migrations 0001-0032. Verified PostgreSQL 18 fresh installation, upgrade from v3.28.0, existing data defaults, and schema equivalence with the original migration sequence.
