3 people 2f2c1787be fix(responses): align heartbeat and websocket connection lifecycles (#548) ...

Use passive upstream heartbeats and independent downstream liveness checks.
Reclaim unbound sockets after five idle minutes and release client-owned
resources on disconnect, with safe continuation ownership transfer.
