Jonathan Liebig 4a41fa5cad fix: clarify worktree removal failures and recover partial removals ...

Report initialized submodules as their own force-required cause and avoid shutting down panes before Git can refuse an unforced removal. Forced removals now clean up a checkout that Git unregistered but could not delete.
