ldm0 7ce34e9e8d ci: gate fetch stability with WebMainBench 
Replay the pinned 545-page corpus over loopback-only HTTPS with a 45-second page deadline. Reject unexpected errors, panics, timeouts, and empty output, while retaining per-page diagnostics and the exact known redirect exception.
