Retain CSSUnitValue doubles and units in declaration storage, including
percentages normalized to numbers by CSSOM. Preserve unrelated values
through compatibility writes and removals, and invalidate overwritten ones.
Share native style state with windowless elements across adoption. Publish
CSSOM declaration state before custom-element reactions so nested writes
remain visible. Preserve alias projection and overflow shorthand priority.
Validation: fmt, workspace all-targets/all-features clippy, and nextest
(20,583 passed, 16 skipped). Raw WPT: 2,108/2,233 across 98 pages, three
new passes and no regressions. HTTP/HTTPS behavior probes also passed.
Project the native CSSWideKeyword for all into CSSKeywordValue while
preserving property-specific shorthand and unparsed-value behavior.
Cover parse/parseAll, declaration snapshots, realms, native-slot writes,
property-independent keyword reuse and invalid-write atomicity.
Treat comment-only and CSS-whitespace-only IntersectionObserver margin input as the empty default, and reject unitless zero and Unicode whitespace that is not CSS whitespace. The shared CSS token parser and native observer helper use the same contract. Tests cover malformed/empty comments, valid dimensions and invalid token classes.
