ldm0 6b3fe46f79 fix(indexeddb): preserve object store names across renames ...

Keep object store identity and transaction scopes as UTF-16 names throughout
lookup, scheduling, records and persistence. Rename stores atomically during
upgrades while retaining records, indexes, key generators and cursor state;
restore original handles on abort without confusing same-name replacements.

Expose native name and objectStoreNames accessors with receiver validation.
Project name lists from native schema and scopes so author properties cannot
intercept schema changes. Enforce transaction scope and finished-state checks.

Cover Window, child and Worker behavior, cross-realm errors, rollback,
unpaired surrogates, legacy persistence and transaction lock isolation.
