Expose six lazy, distinct BarProp objects per Window with native receiver validation and replaceable Window attributes. Derive visibility from the owning live Window and the existing popup feature parser, including nested frames and window retirement.

Validation: cargo fmt --all; strict workspace Clippy; all 19,839 nextest tests passed (13 skipped), with 32 build jobs and test threads. Chromium comparison probes match. Targeted official WPT: 90/91 subtests pass; the remaining auxiliary-window timeout reproduces a pre-existing opener timer retirement bug independently of BarProp.
