ldm0 5b38ed39b8 fix(xhr): preserve final MIME types on Blob responses ...

Serialize the final response MIME record instead of applying Blob
constructor normalization. Fall back to text/xml when response MIME
extraction fails and preserve valid parameter values and casing.

Extend shared Fetch MIME extraction to return the parsed record, including
charset inheritance across repeated Content-Type values. Cover response
headers, overrides, and asynchronous Window and synchronous/asynchronous
Worker responses while preserving Blob constructor normalization.
