ldm0 6a7ea4e395 perf(cdp): share cold parameter error diagnostics ...

Move concrete serde error diagnostics into a cold non-generic helper.
Preserve typed deserialization, successful and absent-parameter paths,
method/path/inner logs and InvalidParams responses.

Validation on the unchanged final source tree: cargo fmt --all;
cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings;
cargo nextest run --no-fail-fast (20,505 passed, 18 existing skips).
