ldm0 690e6b2f17 fix(webapi): adapt rebased bindings to shared interface identities ...

Use shared interface descriptors and generated receiver checks for the rebased SVG, ImageBitmap, Fetch, and document bindings. Declare internal callback state and proxy handlers as plain objects, and remove stale imports and duplicate declarations introduced by overlapping upstream fixes.

Keep both inferred and explicit DOMMatrix serialization coverage while consolidating duplicate tests. Format the resolved runtime bindings.

Validation: cargo fmt --all; cargo clippy --workspace --all-targets --all-features -- -D warnings; cargo nextest run --no-fail-fast (18131 passed, 13 skipped).
