Linus Rath 06ce86e31a docs: tick the audit items fixed in this pass ...

Every audit item a commit on main fixed is ticked with the commit that
fixed it, including the "fix these ten first" list and the stale parity
entries that the fixes resolved. Items fixed only in part keep their box
and say what is left; U8, PF9, B2 and the product calls stay open.
