chapter, TDengine support notes, settings shortcut clear/disable,

- Condense Features, MCP/CLI and Install sections in both READMEs and
link to the docs-site guides for details
- Record the first-party extension repository (navop-extensions) and add
the full first-party extension catalog to the extensions guide
(zh/en/zh-TW), covering Oscar, MongoDB IPC tiers, connection
importers, external editors and the language bundle
- Add missing install details to install-update guide across locales:
FlatPark Flatpak section and the Gatekeeper xattr command
- Document Oracle Instant Client vs pure-Go driver in the database
connections guide across locales

- 将 Notes 文档由本地知识工作区改为专注 Markdown，去除白板和导出功能说明
- 详细补充 Notes 中 Markdown 文件的使用流程与注意事项，强调安全与备份
- 更新快速开始文档中 Notes 和扩展描述，统一去除文档渲染器相关内容
- 修改导航索引中文档，调整 Notes 相关标题为 Markdown 预览与源码编辑
