Kang 7c85c9b789 feat(terminal): add alternating row stripe mode ...

Add an opt-in display-row mode with matching gutter backgrounds and stable colors through scrolling and history eviction. Preserve existing behavior by defaulting the new local setting to false, and update translations, documentation, and regression tests.
