- Implemented new methods for starting and finishing Zmodem runtime, improving session event handling and state management.
- Enhanced session event bridge to support protocol consumer binding and asynchronous event pushing, optimizing event processing.
- Updated tests to validate new Zmodem runtime behaviors and ensure proper handling of session events during transfers.

Validated on Windows with workspace checks, tests, formatting, and all-target clippy.
