Keep absolutely positioned popup geometry on non-scrolling shells and move scrolling into in-flow NyaScrollable children. Expose horizontal overflow in the app menu and session tabs, preserve dedicated editor scrollbars, and retire the wildcard-import and popup-scroll architecture exceptions.
