Pin nyakang/IronRDP:nyaterm at b10cd243bc9442a07fcd776568a5fdaf1c64492f,
rebased onto upstream master 3ca12ee63687980ace30cd6ed59c2ab4f57cf157.
Align direct crate requirements with the new breaking releases.

Keep RDPEGFX explicitly disabled and scope certificate exceptions to the
configured endpoint. The fork preserves embedder certificate rejection
and rejects redirected loopback relays before their identity changes.

Windows validation: 4,360 workspace tests passed, 30 ignored; locked
workspace check, all-target Clippy, formatting and both helper builds
passed. Real-server and cross-platform validation remain outstanding.
