The splash set its wordmark in Inter, a web font with font-display: swap. When
the font arrived late (on a cold dev start the dev server took up to seconds to
serve it), the splash showed the system font first and switched to Inter just
before fading, so the word grew and shifted. It is now an inline SVG of the same
text in Inter 500, so it renders identically from the first frame. This replaces
the previous attempt, which only moved where the font faces load.
The splash named Inter, but the font faces and antialiasing came with the app CSS,
which the dev server injects only once the bundle runs: the wordmark switched from
the system font to Inter, moving up and changing weight, just before the fade. The
font faces are now linked from index.html and the splash sets its own smoothing.
The splash also stays on one compositing layer, so the fade-out doesn't re-snap
the centred text.
The Settings window loads the same page as project windows, so it showed the
launch splash with the logo. It now shows only the bar, after 400 ms.
The bar's sliding animation was switched off under reduced motion, leaving a
static 40% fill. It is now a fake progress that eases towards ~90% and fills
to 100% before the splash fades out.

Release builds hash inline <style> blocks from index.html into the CSP.
With a hash present, style-src 'unsafe-inline' is ignored, so CodeMirror's
runtime-injected styles were blocked and the editor rendered blank (bare
line numbers, no text). Dev builds don't rewrite the CSP, so it only
showed in v0.1.3 release bundles.

Project windows are created in setup with the saved theme's frame colour, and the splash covers the first render while the launch project opens, so a window no longer flashes white or the Welcome screen. Single-instance is now release-only so a dev build can run beside an installed release.
