Walter Wangandbghtyu 00693334f7 feat(settings): add editable font search and refresh (#251) 
The font pickers (editor, fallback, UI, terminal) become editable comboboxes: type to search installed families or enter any family name, and Refresh re-reads the system fonts. ide-fonts' cached family list is now refreshable (DirectWrite re-queries the system collection with checkForUpdates; CoreText and fontconfig are read anew), exposed through system_font_families(refresh). Before the first native result the pickers fall back to Canvas detection of common families; saved names and the last catalog are kept when a refresh fails. Fonts are enumerated on the local desktop in remote-development windows too.

l0ng-ai 17400ade3d test(e2e): Reach later Settings groups in the virtualized page tree (#65) 
The Settings page tree only renders rows near the viewport. Editor › Vim (#55) pushed
Version Control past the rendered rows on CI's Linux runner, so the e2e failed on main.
Collapse Editor before checking the later groups.

l0ng-ai f38f63e397 test(e2e): Drive the Language Servers page through its list and details 
The page is no longer a table: pick the tool in the list, then act in
its details pane. Fixes the Frontend CI failures since v0.1.7.

l0ng-ai 909225858c test(e2e): Run specs with the macOS keymap on every host; update stale specs 
CI runs Chromium on Linux, where the workbench picked the Linux keymap and
the ⌘-shortcut specs failed. Present a macOS user agent and platform.
Settings and workbench specs now match the current page tree and stripes.
