Qingandqtvbwfn f3fe837a66 fix: detect external file edits that preserve mtime and length (#1582)
An external write that keeps a file's byte length and mtime was missed twice: the Maven launch fingerprint reused the stale class snapshot, and watcher events for clean open documents were dropped by the (mtime, length) stamp check.

The launch fingerprint now records a blake3 content hash for project files (toolchain inputs such as the JDK's lib/modules keep the stamp only) and bumps its version. Watcher events for clean documents compare the disk bytes with what saving the buffer would write; blind focus scans keep the stamp dedup, and forced refreshes after IDE disk operations still reload clean buffers.

l0ng-ai 1aec21b43f fix(gradle): launch linked builds with the platform's path separators
Linked Gradle builds are saved with forward slashes, so on Windows the launcher of a
build outside the project came out as `C:/…/external\gradlew.bat`. load_build now
rebuilds the build folder from its components, giving the launcher and module folders
native separators; the saved identity is unchanged.

l0ng-ai 43c85ce8f3 fix(gradle): unlink a build by the path the UI sends
Linked builds are saved normalised (canonical, forward slashes), but unlinking
compared the paths it was given verbatim, so a build outside the project could
not be unlinked on Windows (C:\… vs C:/…), nor through a symlinked path. Unlink
now normalises each path the way linking saves it. The Gradle linkage tests also
create the platform's wrapper (gradlew.bat on Windows) and compare canonical
paths without the \\?\ prefix.

l0ng-ai d3cb7c14ca feat(maven): add POMs outside the root reactor as Maven projects (#1446)
feat(maven): add POMs outside the root reactor as Maven projects

Add Maven Projects only re-linked POMs Maven had already discovered: picking a pom.xml inside the
project that the root POM doesn't list as a module (an independent build kept out of the reactor)
closed the dialog and changed nothing. Such POMs are now kept in the project's Maven settings
(linkedProjects) and loaded as independent top-level projects, after the root reactor, by the
static model, the sync, the Java language server import and the content roots; each runs its goals
in its own directory. A picked POM that the root reactor lists stays its module. The dialog takes
several POMs at once, and unlinking a linked project drops the link instead of hiding it.

yoo hyeong chan 0dfdbbc323 feat(gradle): link and unlink independent Gradle builds (#1413)
Opening a folder of independent Gradle builds selected only the first build. Link Gradle Projects… (pick a build's settings or build file) and Unlink on a build's root let an ordinary project window manage several independent builds without changing their scripts. The build model holds a list of Gradle builds; each keeps its own wrapper, working directory, environment, task routing and sync cache, keyed by the owning build directory. The links persist in the project's Gradle settings (linkedProjects); unlinking leaves files and saved run configurations alone. Existing includeBuild support is unchanged, and an explicitly linked build takes precedence over a composite that also includes it. Workspace windows keep Link/Unlink disabled.

Qingandqtvbwfn 62b5f11ae3 feat(build): Maven Daemon (mvnd) support with a settings switch (#1288)
Settings › Build Tools › Maven gets Use Maven Daemon (mvnd) and a Maven Daemon home path. With it on, maven_command (the one launcher point for sync, goals and run configurations) resolves mvnd from the configured home, $MVND_HOME, PATH, Homebrew or SDKMAN instead of mvn / mvnw; it falls back to mvn, with a logged warning, when mvnd is missing or the project JDK is older than the Java 17 its daemon needs. Sync passes -T1 so the daemon's parallel build doesn't interleave dependency:tree output.

l0ng-ai 4fbe41194f feat(gradle): analyze a Gradle project's dependencies per configuration (#1181)
The Dependency Analyzer lists Gradle projects next to Maven modules. For a Gradle project it runs `<project>:dependencies --configuration <name>` (compile/runtime/test classpaths) in the background (on the project host for remote projects), cancellable and cached per session, and reuses the list/tree views, search, conflicts-only filter and usage paths: an exact request Gradle replaced (1.0 -> 1.1) is a conflict showing the requested version, constraints are left out, unresolved dependencies are marked and build projects (quoted or not) are recognised. Exclude / Jump to Source stay Maven-only. Opened from the Gradle tool window toolbar, a Gradle project's context menu and a build script's menus.

l0ng-ai 5d63f618ef fix(maven): include the modules of the profiles chosen in the Maven tool window (#1092)
Checking a profile in Maven › Profiles only passed -P to Maven runs and syncs: the project model was read from the POMs with the activeByDefault profiles alone, so a module declared in a chosen profile stayed a plain folder and its dependencies and properties were missing.

The POMs are now read with the chosen profiles (saved with the last sync), with Maven's rule that choosing one of a POM's profiles turns its activeByDefault ones off. A profile change refreshes the project roots at once, so the project tree and Maven tool window show the new modules even when Maven itself cannot run.

l0ng-ai 8bb6dfddc2 fix(maven): unlink modules of a reactor so jdtls stops importing them (#1059)
Only root Maven projects could be unlinked, and jdtls imports an aggregator with all of its modules whatever java.import.exclusions say. A module of a reactor can now be unlinked from the Maven tool window; when one is, jdtls gets initializationOptions.projectConfigurations listing the linked POMs except the aggregators above the unlinked module (plus the Gradle build file if there is one), and a Maven sync only names the POMs jdtls imported. Unlinking whole roots keeps using exclusions.

ntbang0901 bd424a3805 feat(gradle): import modules from Gradle itself (includeFlat, included builds, computed includes) (#715)
The Gradle model came from a static parse of settings.gradle, which cannot follow includeFlat, projectDir assignments, computed include lists or included builds, so those modules were missing from the Gradle tool window, the Project view, indexing and run. Sync now runs an init script that prints every evaluated project (identity path, directory, build directory, source sets with test classification, Java version) without resolving dependencies; the static parser stays as the fallback before the first sync. Modules outside the root become content roots, the Project view lists the build's module group above the project folder, an unsynced Gradle build is imported once when opened, and staleness ignores comments and whitespace in build scripts.

Application / Spring Boot configurations of a Gradle module run through a JavaExec task on the source set's runtime classpath by default (Settings › Build Tools › Gradle › Build and run using), with the debugger attached to the forked JVM. The build model reaches run and the Project view through a platform store rather than a cross-feature import.

l0ng-ai 4eda613c59 fix(maven): inherit the compiler level from parent POMs and pluginManagement (#1064)
A module whose maven-compiler-plugin release/source is configured in a parent POM or in <pluginManagement> had no Java level in the build model, so its JDK fell back to the newest installed one. The level is now read from build/plugins and build/pluginManagement/plugins and inherited down the parent chain. Launching a Java application without a project JDK also takes the module level from the build model.

l0ng-ai ae406ca2fb fix(java): resolve Maven projects with the profiles chosen in the Maven tool window (#1044)
The profiles checked in the Maven tool window only reached `mvn` (sync and
goal runs) and the Kotlin bridge. jdtls imported every module without them,
so a dependency whose version, or module, comes from a profile stayed
unresolved and its classes were reported as missing, while Build Project ran
without `-P` as well.

- A Maven sync records the profiles it ran with. jdtls gets a copy of the
user settings.xml with them in `<activeProfiles>` (m2e has no other input
for profiles), sent as a setting so a running server re-imports instead of
restarting; the file name follows its content so m2e reloads it.
- Toggling a profile reloads the Maven projects (once for several toggles in
a row, again after a sync that started with the previous choice).
- Build Project passes the synced profiles with `-P`.
- When jdtls finishes an import or project update it does not re-check open
files, so their errors stayed until the next edit; open Java files are now
re-checked on its ProjectStatus report. This also covers a POM edit or a
  dependency added to ~/.m2.

l0ng-ai a3b6780823 fix(java): replace module outputs with launch snapshots on Windows (#1038)
Maven launches put a snapshot of each module's class directory on the classpath in place of the original. The originals were built as module.join("target/classes") (`...\app\target/classes` on Windows) while JDT LS reports `...\app\target\classes`; compared as text, the original stayed next to its snapshot, so every resource was on the classpath twice and MyBatis failed with "XML fragments parsed from previous mappers already contains value". Launch class directories are now joined per component, and classpath entries are compared by a key that ignores the verbatim prefix, separators, trailing separators and, on Windows, case.

Bernard Ograh 91c15ff31b refactor(core): share process-tree kill helpers across tool crates (#853)
Five crates (tools, build, vcs, github, docker) each carried their own copy of killing a child and what it started, and only the tools installer killed the whole tree on Windows, so cancelling git, gh, docker or Maven/Gradle there left descendants running. ide-core now provides own_group, kill_tree and terminate_tree (process-group signals on Unix, taskkill /T /F on Windows) and the copies are removed. Plugin goals came from a built-in table plus the goals bound in <executions>, so a plugin outside the table (maven-checkstyle-plugin) showed only its bound goal. l0ng-ai 9bb44cbeb3 feat(java): resolve compiled Kotlin APIs in Maven Java editors (#669)
Java files in mixed Maven projects could not resolve Kotlin types from the same module or upstream reactor modules, because Kotlin compiler output never reached JDT's Java model.

A per-project bridge compiles saved Kotlin sources with the project's own Maven setup into private staging output (a bundled Maven extension redirects outputs and records each module's Kotlin compile result) and mounts the Kotlin classes as marked libraries through a bundled JDT command, leaving m2e/JRE containers and other entries untouched. The last successful snapshot stays mounted while rebuilding; a new one is published when every Kotlin target compiles, even if javac fails, so Java callers of a renamed or removed Kotlin API show their errors in the editor. Kotlin compile failures keep the previous API and are reported under the kotlin-bridge Problems source. Removing the last Kotlin file withdraws the libraries. Changes under build outputs and excluded directories never trigger a rebuild.

l0ng-ai f19eacc336 fix(java): skip unchanged Maven launch builds (#667)
Run/Debug of a Maven module with Kotlin/Groovy/Scala sources rebuilt the module and its reactor dependencies with Maven before every launch, even when nothing had changed.

Each successful launch build now records a fingerprint of its inputs (sources and resource roots of the dependency closure, module and parent POMs, imported BOMs, wrapper/.mvn/settings/toolchains, JDK, command line and environment) together with an immutable snapshot of its outputs in the project cache. A later launch with the same fingerprint reuses the snapshot without running Maven; Run and Debug share it, application and test launches are kept apart. Inputs that cannot be resolved reliably (dynamic roots overridden by profiles or -D) always rebuild. A failed, cancelled or concurrently edited build never publishes a reusable record.

Superseded snapshots stay available while JVMs of the current session may still load classes and are removed when the project closes; snapshots left by earlier sessions and no longer referenced are cleaned on the first launch.

l0ng-ai 0c54266d03 fix(java): build mixed-language Maven dependencies before Java launch (#659)
Run/Debug of a Java-only module that depends on a Kotlin/Groovy/Scala module in the same reactor launched with stale classes or failed with Unresolved compilation problem, and a successful Maven build was still reported with the old JDT compile errors.

Root cause: the pre-launch external build only checked the launch module's own sources, and Maven shared target/classes with JDT autobuild.

Fix: walk the launch module's reactor dependency closure (transitive, test scope aware) for non-Java sources; when found, run Maven from the reactor root (-pl <module> -am clean compile, test-compile for test launches) and block the launch on failure or cancel with the Maven errors in the console. JDT autobuild is paused while Maven runs and restored afterwards, and the launch uses a per-launch snapshot of the closure's output so JDT cannot overwrite it. A successful Maven build no longer shows the stale JDT warning. Pure Java projects and Gradle keep their previous path; the debugger adapter choice still follows the launch module.

Verified on macOS with single- and multi-module Maven projects (new Kotlin values in Run and Debug, Kotlin error blocks the launch, cancel, pure Java does not invoke Maven). Editor type resolution for Kotlin in Java is handled separately.

l0ng-ai c3d569d3e3 feat(run): update Spring Boot resources and application policies (#603)
Running Spring Boot main-class configurations had no Update action, and incremental Java builds did not publish edited resources to the running JVM. They now share the Update action, toolbar and build runner with Tomcat: resources go through the module's Maven or Gradle build and are published to the resolved runtime classpath, including Gradle's separate jdt.ls output directory. Class updates use scoped HotSwap when available and explain the restart requirement otherwise.

Both configuration types get "On 'Update' action" and "On frame deactivation" policies. A missing policy keeps the chooser and does no deactivation update. Focus tracking debounces external changes and prevents overlapping updates.

Verified on macOS with Maven, Gradle, Tomcat 10.1 and HotSwap. Windows and Linux focus detection were not run. On Linux a native GTK dialog can count as deactivation when no webview window is focused.

l0ng-ai 53bebe4836 fix(tomcat): resolve the WAR artifact of the selected Maven module (#529)
A Tomcat run with a WAR from a nested Maven module failed with "The built WAR artifact does not exist": the artifact path query was evaluated for the reactor parent, not the selected module.

The build now resolves the selected POM's effective identity first, using the same options and environment as the build, and asks for that project's artifact. Custom outputs, .mvn settings and root modules are covered, Gradle WAR manifests are written as UTF-8, and Tomcat deployment errors now name the checked path.

Sync and Gradle tool-window tasks use the configured JVM, launcher and GRADLE_USER_HOME. Run configurations keep their own choices: one that uses the wrapper runs gradlew, one that runs plain `gradle` resolves it from the local installation, then the pinned toolchain, then PATH; an explicit JAVA_HOME in the configuration wins over Gradle JVM. Derived defaults are applied at launch and not saved into run configurations. New Gradle configurations start with the wrapper off when the project uses a local installation.

Only the JVM the IDE launched directly was told the console's output encoding, so forked JVMs (spring-boot:run, Surefire, bootRun, Gradle workers), debugger-launched JVMs and Build-window builds wrote GBK on Windows while the console decoded UTF-8. Every JVM the IDE starts on Windows now gets the console encoding: java gets -Dfile.encoding alongside the std* properties, build tools and their forks get JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS (std* only) with the IDE's own 'Picked up JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS' line filtered, shell command lines are recognised by their first word, and java-debug launches get the matching vmArgs. The Debug console now shares the Run console's ANSI parser. Encoding helpers moved to ide-core::output_encoding.

l0ng-ai 96be40cd84 fix(process): Give child processes the host environment inside an AppImage (#118)

Inside an AppImage, AppRun and the linuxdeploy GTK/GStreamer hooks point LD_LIBRARY_PATH, PATH, XDG_DATA_DIRS, GIO_MODULE_DIR, GTK_PATH, GST_PLUGIN_* … into the mounted image, and every child inherited them, so host programs loaded the image's older libraries (curl + bundled nghttp2 → symbol lookup error when installing Kotlin LSP). ide_core::process::prepare (formerly no_window) now gives children the host environment back: entries inside $APPDIR are dropped (a <NAME>_ORIG wins), emptied variables and the runtime's launch variables are removed, explicit call-site values are kept; the IDE process itself is unchanged. l0ng-ai 50308a956d feat(maven): Dependency Analyzer with conflicts, usage paths and Exclude (#97)
Maven sync ran a plain `dependency:tree`, which drops the nodes Maven omits (conflict losers, duplicates), so there was no data to show where a conflict comes from.

Sync now runs `maven-dependency-plugin:3.8.1:tree -Dverbose` (the project's own plugin version when offline) and records omitted / conflictWith / managedFrom per node; omitted nodes stay out of the Maven tool window and External Libraries, and older caches are marked stale. The new Dependency Analyzer (Maven toolbar, module / Dependencies node menus, pom.xml menus, Find Action) lists a module's resolved artifacts or tree with conflict markers, search and scope filters, and every path to the selected artifact with its status. Exclude writes an `<exclusion>` into the declaring pom (module or in-project parent), keeping indentation and line endings, then reloads; Jump to Source and Copy Coordinates are on each path. @鹿andl0ng-ai a765959d48 fix(process): Spawn child processes without a console window (#17)
- The IDE is a GUI-subsystem binary, so Windows allocated a fresh console
window for every console-subsystem child it started: one black window per
language server, per settings-driven restart, per debug adapter and per
toolchain probe, titled with the child's own path. Closing it killed the
child, which is how editing the language-server settings broke highlighting.
- Peer::spawn, the spawn point for every language server, wired stdio but never
passed CREATE_NO_WINDOW. The rustup-proxy probe, the DAP adapter, debugpy
probe, runInTerminal and cargo spawns, the SDK probes, the run-configuration
probes, the coverage exporter and tool diagnostics/downloads (curl, tar) had
the same gap, while git, cargo builds, gh, docker and run configurations
passed the flag inline — five copies of the magic constant, six subsystems
  without it.
- Add ide_core::process::{CREATE_NO_WINDOW, hide_console_window} as the single
definition, route every spawn through it (tokio commands via as_std_mut()) and
fold the inline copies into it.
- Verified locally on Windows with a console-detached harness: a plain spawn
reports a visible console window (GetConsoleWindow + IsWindowVisible), the
patched Peer::spawn reports a console without a window. cargo check, cargo
clippy --all-targets and the affected test suites (249 tests) are green.

l0ng-ai c868ec8b68 fix(java): Apply the Maven settings to jdtls and Lombok, find more Maven installs
Review fixes for the Project JDK / Maven settings:

- jdtls gets the user settings.xml as java.configuration.maven.userSettings, so the
editor resolves dependencies through the same mirrors and servers as sync and builds.
- The configured local repository (else <localRepository> of the chosen settings.xml)
is where the static POM model looks for parent POMs / BOMs and where the Lombok
  agent is looked for.
- Maven discovery finds mvn.cmd on PATH on Windows and the homes Maven Wrapper 3.3+
downloads (dists/<name>/<hash> without a nested folder).
- A Project JDK pointing at the JDK's bin directory is accepted.
- Detected run configurations reload when language settings change, so Maven and
Gradle runs use the new JDK, Maven home and options.
- Chinese text for the new settings.

l0ng-ai 0f7008391c feat(java): Add Project JDK and Maven home / settings.xml / local repository settings
The JDK was always picked automatically (JAVA_HOME, PATH, the usual install dirs, by the
module's Java version) and Maven was the project's mvnw or mvn on PATH, with no way to
override either. languages.java.jdk (Languages & Frameworks › Java › Project JDK) now sets
the default jdtls runtime, the JDK of Run/Debug and JAVA_HOME for Maven and Gradle;
languages.java.maven (Build Tools › Maven) sets the Maven home, -s and
-Dmaven.repo.local for sync, builds, tool-window goals and detected run configurations.
JDKs and Maven installations are detected for the pickers.

l0ng-ai ce9d5cf067 test: Make the Rust suite pass on Windows
Use the Windows wrapper name for Maven, compare walked paths with `/`,
relax the own-process footprint floor, skip tests that assert Unix paths
or shells on Windows, and stop Git converting fixture line endings in CI.

l0ng-ai fecdb974ff test: Fix Unix-only assumptions in ide-build tests; run all tests in CI
The Gradle and Maven tests expected the Unix wrapper and command names, and
the canonical-root test uses Unix absolute paths. CI now reports every
failing test instead of stopping at the first few.
