Adds a PR template (linked issue, what and why, how it was verified, review focus), a minimal reproduction field on the bug form and required acceptance criteria on the feature form, and CONTRIBUTING.md with the issue and PR rules. A PR check labels needs-info and leaves one comment when the issue link or the verification section is missing; it only reads the title and description.
AGENTS.md is now tracked, with CLAUDE.md linking to it, and covers layout, rules, commands, the checks CI runs, pitfalls and parallel worktrees. The verify and issue-fix skills are shared under .agents/skills and linked from .claude/skills; the rest of .claude/ stays local.
Structured issue forms for bug reports and feature requests: environment, steps, expected/actual behaviour and logs for bugs; problem, proposal and alternatives for features. Both ask reporters to search existing issues first and keep one problem per issue; blank issues are disabled and the latest release is linked from the chooser. Forms do not require a particular language.

CI gains a Cargo deny job (advisories, licenses, bans, sources) using the repository's deny.toml, and its pull_request trigger is limited to pull requests targeting main.

Adds knip (pnpm knip, knip.ts covering src, scripts, perf and e2e) and runs it in the CI frontend job. Removes what it reported: the unused codemirror and @types/dompurify dependencies, exports and test hooks used nowhere (AppLogo, Tooltip, barrel re-exports, duplicate default exports of lazily loaded settings pages), the unused iterateAll helper, and the zh entry for a deleted notification. rustfmt (used by lint-staged) is ignored as a toolchain binary.

Each build's tauri-action rewrote the shared latest.json by deleting and re-uploading it, so
parallel macOS builds raced: one failed with 404 on the delete (skipping DMG notarization), or a
platform could silently drop out of the manifest. The builds no longer upload it; a new
updater-manifest job builds it once from the uploaded .sig files and fails if any platform is
missing. publish waits for it.

Run oxfmt once over the whole repository (formatting only, no logic changes) and add `pnpm format:check` to the frontend CI job so unformatted code no longer builds up. `.oxfmtrc.json` now skips the generated theme docs, test fixtures and code blocks inside Markdown.

- Save the Rust cache only on main; pull requests restore it.
- Check bindings against the file nextest's export_bindings already wrote
instead of compiling the test again.
- Run e2e in its own job on the Playwright image, in parallel with the
frontend checks, without installing browsers on each run.
- Cancel a run in progress when a newer push arrives, on main too.
Use the Windows wrapper name for Maven, compare walked paths with `/`,
relax the own-process footprint floor, skip tests that assert Unix paths
or shells on Windows, and stop Git converting fixture line endings in CI.

The Gradle and Maven tests expected the Unix wrapper and command names, and
the canonical-root test uses Unix absolute paths. CI now reports every
failing test instead of stopping at the first few.
