Shohruh Ismoilovandshohruh-genius 31e477b7fb fix(themes): include PHP tokens in Harbor Night and the reference (#1585) ...

Harbor Night and the theme reference were missing the --syn-php-variable / --syn-php-function-call tokens added for PHP highlighting, so scripts/theme/theme.test.ts failed on main.
