l0ng-ai b54361c4d2 feat(editor): Gutter icons to jump between interfaces, implementations and overrides
Types and methods get inheritance markers in the editor gutter:
- "Is implemented / subclassed / overridden" on interfaces, classes and
  methods that have implementations or overriders;
- "Implements / Overrides method in X" on methods with a super method.
The tooltip names the targets. Clicking a marker opens its single target
or the implementation chooser over several.

Markers come from the language server, so every server that answers
textDocument/implementation and the type hierarchy gets them:
- a new cancellable `lsp_implementations` command asks for the
  implementations of many positions in one request (bounded concurrency,
  `cancel_request` aborts the batch);
- super methods reuse the Super Method lookup (type hierarchy plus the
  supertypes' document symbols), which now prefers the overload with the
  same signature.
Only declarations in and near the viewport are asked, in one debounced
pass after edits or scrolling; answers are cached per document text and
markers follow their lines while typing.

Settings › Editor › General › Gutter Icons has two new entries to turn
the downward and upward markers off.
