l0ng-ai a6474539b8 fix(remote): build the Docker run tests' helpers only where they run (#1645) ...

The container command tests are Unix-only, so on Windows their helpers and the PathBuf import were unused and clippy -D warnings failed the Rust (windows-latest) job.
