During a live resize AppKit lays out and draws the title bar inside each drag event and resets the window buttons to their defaults, moving the zoom button without a frame change notification. Correcting the frames afterwards from a run loop observer let every step draw the default positions first, so the buttons kept jittering while the window edge was held. The window now gets an empty unified toolbar, compact or regular to match the web title bar height, so AppKit lays out and centres the buttons itself and nothing moves them afterwards. The run loop observer and the manual frame corrections are removed.
