l0ng-ai 481d44930f fix(themes): add --syn-global to the Harbor Night scheme and the token reference (#1400) ...

#1393 added the --syn-global token to tokens.css but not to the Harbor Night scheme (the theme template) or the generated token reference in docs/plugins/themes.md, so the theme tests failed. The scheme gives it the --syn-variable colour, as tokens.css does.
