l0ng-ai 086c89df5b fix(settings): fit long labels in aligned settings forms (#1643) ...

The aligned settings forms had a fixed 130px label column and labels don't wrap, so "Project folder on target" and longer translations ran under their field. The aligned rows of a section now share one subgrid label column, at least 130px and as wide as its widest label (Run Targets, SSH Configurations, CMake, Tools).
