NealimeKennaandNealimeKenna 08f2d9756d fix(language): update tree-sitter-haskell to 0.24.1 (#1630) ...

tree-sitter-haskell 0.23.1's array.h is miscompiled by GCC 16 under strict aliasing, so Haskell parsing aborted the process (glibc "corrupted size vs. prev_size"); 0.24 fixes it. 0.24 renames the node type_synomym to type_synonym, so the Haskell outline query follows.
