l0ng-ai 843127f4a3 fix(app): Apply the saved IDE zoom before the page loads so the splash doesn't jump ...

The frontend set the webview zoom once settings loaded, while the splash was
still up, so a non-100% zoom visibly scaled the splash logo at the end.
