Run oxlint --fix and oxfmt on staged files before each commit, and rustfmt on staged Rust files. simple-git-hooks installs the hook from its postinstall, allowed in pnpm-workspace.yaml. Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
