l0ng-ai 1ed9275da0 fix(remote): Docker run configurations take their environment from the remote host (#1098) ...

The remote server didn't serve docker_run_env, so a remote window asked the local app, whose PATH then replaced the remote host's PATH in a run that starts there: docker compose failed with "docker: not found". The host now serves docker_run_env from its own PATH and docker executable; covers the Dockerfile, image and Compose run types.
