l0ng-ai c6a4361513 fix(splash): Keep the chosen accent on the progress bar while loading ...

The bar read the theme's default --accent as soon as the tokens loaded,
so a custom accent flashed back to the default until settings arrived.
It now prefers the accent remembered from the last session.
