test: restructure RegressionSet/ into feature subdirectories (#12664)
## Summary
- Moves 17 spec files from flat `RegressionSet/` into 8 feature folders:
Alerts, Dashboards, General, Logs, Metrics, Pipelines, Streams, Traces
- Merges `logs-regression-bugs-2.spec.js` (9 tests) into
`Logs/logs-bugs.spec.js` (36 tests total), removing the duplicate file
- Drops the redundant `-regression` suffix from filenames (e.g.,
`alerts-regression-bugs.spec.js` → `alerts-bugs.spec.js`)
- Updates `.github/workflows/playwright_regression.yml` matrix with new
subdirectory paths
- Adds missing `logs-ent.spec.js` and `traces-ent.spec.js` to CI shards

- [ ] CI: Logs-Regression shard runs all 5 Logs files (merged bugs file
+ ent)
- [ ] CI: All 8 shards resolve correct file paths under
`RegressionSet/<Feature>/`
