Shrinath Rao 1acd977f31 test: add share link E2E tests for logs page (#9619 )

## Summary
- Add 10 comprehensive E2E tests for the share link feature on the logs
page
- Add clipboard permissions to playwright config for share link
functionality
- Add share link page object methods to logsPage.js with Firefox
compatibility fixes

## Test Coverage

## Changes
- `tests/ui-testing/playwright-tests/Logs/shareLink.spec.js` - New test
file with 10 tests
- `tests/ui-testing/playwright.config.js` - Added clipboard permissions
- `tests/ui-testing/pages/logsPages/logsPage.js` - Added share link
methods and Firefox fixes

## Test Plan
- [x] All 10 tests pass locally (1.5 minutes runtime with parallel
execution)
- [ ] Tests pass in CI pipeline
