Adds **Playwright Regression Tests** to the auto-rerun workflow
(`playwright-auto-rerun.yml`), so a failed regression run automatically
re-runs only its failed jobs once — matching the existing behavior for
UI tests.
## Why
Until now `playwright-auto-rerun.yml` only watched **Playwright UI
Tests**. Regression failures (often flakes) required manual re-runs.
## Change
- Added `"Playwright Regression Tests"` to the `workflow_run`
`workflows` list.
The existing `if` (`run_attempt == 1`) and `gh run rerun --failed` step
are workflow-name-agnostic, so no other changes are needed — regression
gets exactly 1 auto-retry.
