Sai Nikhil 4fa43fdff7 fix: stream detail page (schema) layout changed (#8585 )

### **User description**
1. This PR introduces a new tab called configuration where we moved all
the configuration settings to that tab
2. This PR introduces a compact table so that more columns are visible
and also all the stream stats above will stay at viewport always
