ByteBaker 58e3cf1ac2 fix: build minimal DAG for incident alert graph (one edge per node) ...

Replace the cartesian_product cross-service edge loop that produced
O(S²) temporal edges (complete DAG) with a single-predecessor rule:
each new node connects to exactly one immediate predecessor in the
global timeline. Edge type is ServiceDependency when the service graph
confirms the relationship, Temporal otherwise.
