## Summary
- run Clippy against every workspace member and target in the unit-test

- fix the existing test-target Clippy findings, including the
non-snake-case test name
- keep warnings as hard failures so `unit_tests_summary` can be used as
the required check

catalog_functions_documents_what_only_the_server_can_supply`
- `cargo test -p config --lib` — 2967 passed, 2 ignored
- `cargo test -p infra --lib` — 1243 passed, 35 ignored; the full
parallel run also exposed two pre-existing local-only failures: an
environment-sensitive default-index-field assertion and a shared mock
database initialization race. The ratelimit test passes in isolation.
