- **feat(online-eval): add PipelineKind::Evaluation and dual realtime
pipeline support**
- **feat(online-eval): add provider, score_config, scorer, and
online_eval_jobs DB entities**

- **feat(online-eval): reconcile jobs into hidden evaluation pipelines**
- **feat(online-eval): add scorer preparation and execution backends**
- **feat(online-eval): write scores and evaluator traces to system
streams**
- **refactor(online-eval): remove legacy eval templates backend**
- **test(online-eval): add API integration coverage for eval resources**
