This fixes two bugs - 1. The _values api used `Count(*)` function in query to get count. However in case of distinct streams we already aggregate the count in `count` field. Thus we need to use `sum(count)` instead. 2. In https://github.com/openobserve/openobserve/pull/5220 , the logic which adds/removes the distinct values when dashboard is added/deleted was removed accidentally.
