## Summary
- remove 10 EnvConfig entries that have no runtime consumers
- stop advertising ineffective knobs across SLO, common, runtime, query,
metadata, NATS, S3, and pipeline configuration
- preserve active replacements such as ZO_FAKE_ES_VERSION and
ZO_PIPELINE_BATCH_SIZE_BYTES
These variables were parsed but never read, so this does not change
runtime behavior.
## Testing
- cargo fmt --all
- cargo check -p config
- cargo test -p config config::tests --lib (64 passed)
- cargo clippy -p config --lib -- -D warnings
