Removed `tokio-tungstenite` from dependencies.

Also updated `vrl` to use git source from main branch
as `vector-enrichment` needed syncing

Changes to enrichment tables:
- return early for empty conditions, avoiding computation
- avoid vector collection before iterating again
- added support for `FromDate` & `ToDate` condition types
- simplified data processing using iterator chains
- update `vector-enrichment` trait impl (add `wildcard` param)
