Subhra264 0b9d36ab68 fix: router should watch org settings (#12910) ...

- router should watch org settings changes
- if a sso parser is selected in the settings, the field should show the
parser function selected even after page refresh. Currently, on page
refresh the select button empties the field even though the sso parser
function is already configured.
