Subhra264 9bfdd22778 fix: don't allow special chars in New Stream dialogue (#12445) ...

Fixes https://github.com/openobserve/o2-enterprise/issues/1725. On the
UI, user can use special chars for the stream name and field name. Even
though backend formats the names, UI should not allow such characters.
This pr fixes this.
