- Migrate 6 GeneralTests spec files (sanity, schema, schemaload,
ingestion-config, enrichment, theme-management) for alpha1 cloud
compatibility
- Fix global-setup-alpha1.js ingestion skip detection — only skip when
cleanup is the sole test file
- Add 60s cloud navigation timeout in enhanced-baseFixtures.js for
parallel worker resilience
- Replace `networkidle` waits with `waitForResponse('/_search')` in
sanityPage.js for reliable cloud search waits
- Add 5-minute timeout for doc links validation test and skip unreliable
`short.openobserve.ai` URLs

## Test plan
- [x] All 6 specs pass individually against alpha1 cloud
- [x] Combined run with cleanup + 5 workers: **33 passed, 0 failed, 4
skipped**
- [ ] CI shard run via playwright_alpha1.yml (ENT PR)
