Tests #9439

- Added comprehensive tests for all 8 severity levels (0-7)
- Implemented POM methods in logsPage.js for severity color validation
- Created test data file with 16 test records (integer and string
formats)
- Tests verify correct color mapping for each severity level
- Includes automatic test stream creation and cleanup
- All tests pass successfully with no impact on existing tests
